Adapt Design+Build offers 3 levels of energy audits for our customers.

Level I

This is our most basic audit and consists of a visual inspection.  During the walk-through Adapt looks at your insulation, appliances, lighting, windows, heating and cooling systems.  After the audit you will receive a written report assessing your home energy usage.

Level II

This is good starting point for folks that are interested in energy upgrades.  All services performed in a Level I audit are also included in the Level II audit.  In addition we test the air infiltration rate with a blower door and use a thermal imaging camera to help find air leaks and potential insulation deficiencies.  After the audit you will receive a written and illustrated report assessing your home energy usage

Level III

This energy audit is our most comprehensive in addition to the above described services Adapt Design+Build can offer a HERS rating and energy modeling services. For more information on HERS you can visit www.resnet.us.
